Page 11 displays and refers to a field for Database, but this is not
displayed in the program. Whatam I missing?

Hi Drew,
For some reason I'm unable to find the place you're referring to. Not sure
why, but the pages seem to be aligned differently in my version (although I
just downloaded the same file as you).
Page #11 shows the section on Site Layout (Specify Site Layout and Menu).
There is also page #5, which actually is page 11 counting from the cover
page, which shows "Specify Project Properties".
Possibly you could specify the caption of the page, so that I can find
relevant section?

Correct. It is page 5 within the documentation, but actually page 11 of the
entire PDF file. The caption is "Specify Project Properties"

Drew,
This feature was removed. Thank you for pointing this out.
The Tutorial will be updated by next week to reflect the latest changes in
the program.
