I see in Code Charge Studio I can hide Forms on the page. I need to hide
certain controls within the form. Does someone know how to do that? I have
some textboxes and Labels I need to hide.

Create 2 forms, one with hidden controls, another with all controls.
Hide one of the forms based on your conditions.
