If you change the name of a form Name in CCS when the dialogue box come up
to update existing links you need to click yes, then when the box disappears
you need to click again in the same area as the box was. If you don't CCS
semms to select the file and move it around in the Project Explorer window.
The only way to get back into the PE list is to either click on the
appropriate page name in PE or click where the dialogue box was
