Hi,
I saw a Synchronize button on the CCS, what's exact functionality ? And how
often do I need to click it ? Does it copy file from my c:\ source folder to
wwwroot\folder or the other way ?

It synchs CCS object model with html.
E.g. if you delete a Grid from html,
it should be deleted from Project Explorer as well.
