Has anybody figured out how to do this yet?
I need to get lookup values into a radio list but CCS really doesn't have a
way to do that...

Please desribe in detail what you want to do.
You can't lookup values from database into radio list ?
Then specify what should be looked up in Radio properties/"Data source"
