I create a mailto link, but I want to show the name not the email address.
Any ideas on how to do this?

First create a database link. You can find this in the Toolbox->Forms. Then
select the source type Database Coulmn and in Control Source choose the
field where the name is in. Href type must be set to Database. Then choose
the field where the email address is in in Source/Parameter.
