 what does it mean:local server path is not provided

im opening a blank project and setting connections,but im getting this
error,im not using local server,i entered the server path correct,when i try
to do a new project and begin with a blank one im meeting it...

Do you publish via FTP or it's local publishing ?
Make sure that both Server PATH and Server URL textboxes
are populated in Publishing tab.
