I have downloaded the "Employee Directory with upload" CodeCharge Studio
File Upload Example using PHP" from
http://support.codecharge.com/kb_article.asp?kb_article...2&article_id=36

One problem I have adapting this is the "form" and the "database table" are
called the same name ("employee") which makes the example a little difficult
to understand and change

Perhaps a mod version could be posted
