Modify Style dialog not showing border in style

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select Tools/Themes/FoggyDay/Modify

2. Choose 'Edit' on 'CSS file'

3. Select .FoggyDayDataTD in the 'Selectors' list.

4. The description contains the following:

border: 1px ridge #000000;

5. Now choose 'Modify...' from here and select 'Border' in 'Group'.

6. There is nothing set here!

Shouldn't the border style shown in step 4 be reflected here?
