I'm using Code Charge and finding it well worth the learning curve.
I've almost completed my website. All I need to do is add an https
area. So far I haven't been able to get it to work in Code Charge.

Here is what I've done:

In the Project Explorer I selected the root and set
Secure Server URL to https://209.55.115.36/tester
which is the root directory of my test project

Next I selected a page to be published and set
SSL Access Only to Yes

I published the page. Links to it correctly gets changed to https,
but I get the following message in my browser:

SSL connection error. This page can be accessed only via secured
connection.

I don't understand why I get this when I'm using https to access the
page.

I'm using PHP, Linux, Apache and a test certificate.
