CCSBeta project published to .net rc2 doesn't update and insert

I have made a simple project and after publishing to .net rc2 server doesn't
update and insert.

The error shows an UPDATE SQL with "?" sign instead of inserting the value
of the memo field.

It means that the code to substitute ? doesn't work on those versions.
