What's the CCS B2 menu->help->*about* panel supposed to show??
Mine shows version 2.0.0.1 [???]
but the help-files different! it now shows a graphical splash page instead
of beta1 *no help in beta release* as help-file splash
Have I sucessfully upgraded to B2??
In that case the version nr is confusing.

Not meaning to complain but, where's the change-log??==what's changed since
B1??

What features do the dev-team think need heavy testing??

Somehow I anyway like the YS workflow
code >> release solid update >> docs last

In spite of being apprehensive if the *update* will kill old stuff I test
1st new features and integrate from there onwards. The app's always very
solid even in beta, I like using CCS as it's always stable even in the
present testing environment. Used B1 to build CodeChargers KB webapp
complete with tight integration with PHPs premiere OS forum PHPBB
http://codechargers.net/bb/index.php. All CCS developers are welcome, those
with the knowledge and vision to help others are invited to join our
ProjectMembers in building this user managed Knowledge Base at
http://codechargers.net/ccs/default.php
------------News-from CodeChargers Admin-------------------
A tremendous amount of work has now been completed in making the KB as
functional as possible. Obviously, for it to become an excellent resource
for members of all levels we require your assistance. The KB includes a
fully integrated HTML editor allowing members to create visually effective
and informative articles. If you have any 'tips' or items that may benefit
others then please consider taking a few moments to enter them
----------------------------

Let's hope a change-log will soon be posted

Greetings
Dave

Hi dave,

yep confusing, but my help file is identical to the old one. did a
compare with 'windows commander' the 2 help files beta1 and beta2 from
28-11.
also version 2.0.0.1 (did rename my codecharge dir in programfiles to ccs
beta1. uninstalled and installed beta2)

the first i noticed further was the directory cultures. Looks like
multilanguage. especially for datepicker. How will this go to work? user
with preferred language??
As i am in the netherlands i build multilanguage, and want to do that
with as little work as possible.
so also all that other things as 'record not found' and in principle
don't want to replicate everything for every language.

further i hope to see incremental updates. For the moment i am warped
back from cable-internet to 56k modem :-(((

happy testing to all the ones who went to beta2.

greetings,

bob
