Hi all,
1. I created empty CCS project with 1 page and connection1.
2. I generated this project.
3. I opened this project in VS.NET
4. I added CRystalReportViewer on web form.
The form is empty with viewer ONLY.
5.If I run BUILD option, then I have this error :
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\NewProject3\NewPage1.aspx.cs(28):
Type of 'NewProject3.NewPage1.NewPage1Page.CrystalReportViewer1' is not
CLS-compliant

I did set in assemblyinfo.cs the follow line
from
[assembly:CLSCompliant(true)]
to
[assembly:CLSCompliant(false)]

Hello,
ok, but how can you run a crystal report on a web page without Crystal
Enterprise Edition runing on web server?

Instead of using the Crystal Viewer - why not use 'ReCrystalize' - it gen's
ASP code and works with Crystal Versions 6.0 - 9.0 - with no need to use
expensive Crystal Enterprise..

It works great with ASP, but his code is ASP.NET. The code Recrystallize
generates cannot share session variables (login info) plus he still must
have the appropriate license for it unless he is using Crystal 7.
I've tried to add CRW to a .Net project as well, but I didn't get the below
error. I actually got it working fine on my development machine but ran
into problems when I tried to transfer it to the server. Ran out of time
and had to move on.
