Hi,

I am new to CCStudio.

I have multiple tables. I have a look-up field in one table. But when i
build the pages using CCstudio, i am able to see only the record number
rather than the field values of the look field. This creates problem for me
as the record number dont reveal anything in the form. I specifically want
the values to be show also.

Can somebody help me.

Thanks in advance

kesk

I'm also trying to convert a database from Access to MySQL/PHP and would to
be able to link my tables, but all I get is the number ID.

Thanks,

Hello
When using the CCS Data Source Dialog to link the tables visually don't
forget to put in a checkmark in the text/description/value field of the
linked tables.

The ID fields do not have to be checked to do the joins.

Hope this helps
Greetings
Dave
