can't get generated jsp to work

can anyone point to me the proper steps in generating jsp files after
creating the pages using ccs?

i can't seem to get it working, the ccs generate the .jsp files and the
web-inf folder which hv the class files in them, do i need to replace the
web-inf folder with the one in the server root?

also wat do i need to type in the database url field?
