While there are curious lapses (such as only having "functions" section for
PHP and ASP and "variables" section for CFML, ASP and PHP), the online help
is orders of magitude better now.
While I've not read through it in detail, my sense is it at last answers
questions as opposed to creating them 
I'd say this is a job well done from Yes. They have been listening to us
gripe and responded well.

I'm very impressed with the very clear, well-organised and verbose
help-file: this echoes the kind and helpful tone of the support staff and
provides good explanations of concepts as well.
