Quick way to email Page (PHP CCS2.0.5.6)

Is there a quick way of converting the contents of a page containing a
record and two grids into an email to send to someone. I am writing a
conference module and once a persons details have been entered by the
administrator I would like to send a confirmation email containing all their
information.

I know I can do it manually bu wondered wether anyone had a quick method ?
