Have no idea what I am doing wrong, but this is the scenario.
Using Code Charge Studio
I have 3 pages:
1. Search page
2. Grid page
3. Export page
The search page works OK.
The Grid page displays the records based upon the search, I like to export
this result to an excel spreadsheet. To do that I created an Excel export
page that has resonse.contenttype="application/vnd.ms-excel" in "On
initialize view".
The grid page, has a link on it "export excel" that opens the "export" page.
When I click on the link the whole table gets exported and not the records
displayed on grid page. I assume that it has something to do with parameters
and where clause. But I have no idea on how to fix it.
The "export excel" link looks like : <a
href="searchExport.asp?{clsGridExectutionResultsDetail}">Export Excel</a>
Somewhere there it goes wrong, can anybody let me know where I can find the
where clause or how to export only the searched records from a grid page?
