I have a single-column grid on 'index.php' where each item displayed is a
link to 'news.php'. How can a get each link to go to a different anchor
point in the html produced by 'news.php'.

I know how to make the link something like ...news.php?jumpto="Item15" and I
know how to put an "Item15" anchor into news.php's html. I just can't see
how to, erm, link the two together.

Any help appreciated.
