 HTML Code Generation Problem

I'm using the trial version of Code Charge Studio and it's been running
great for the last two weeks and then all of a sudden I started getting
error messages when trying to create grids using the toolbox icons. The
wizard comes up ok, I then go through the entire process of creating the
grid attributes. Once I get to the end and hit finish, the grid will appear
in the design window, then will disappear and an error message will pop up
saying that the grid is not present in the html. Seeing these error
messages sparked my curiosity. So I started trying to create just regular
html elements from the design view and then taking a peak in the html
window, and sure enough the html does not get generated. I admit that this
is only a trial version, but this raises some serious problems in my
decision making if this is the type of behavior I can expect. Has anyone
else experienced this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

Never been a problem in my experience and I've been using CCS for a year and
a half. Are you developing in a different folder than the one where the
"live" pages are - you should be? I use the ASP 3.0 environment, FWIW - you
did not mention any details of your setup. Do you have the latest version
2.0.6.11?

I guess that it COULD be something to do with the eval time period, but that
is 20 days as I recall. And as far as I know, only the tagline about being
generated with CCS is all the eval does differently. Maybe they clamped
down due to crackers?

Sorry.. I'm using 2.0.6.11. I've tried creating new projects and
everything, but nothing seems to work. I'm developing with the Perl5
templates, but I haven't tried to use another language. That may be
something to try ;)

Just tried Perl to see. Worked fine, so I guess it may be something with
the trial version. Give them a shout at http://support.codecharge.com. It
seems to me others have experienced a shortened eval period - for reasons
unknown.
