The toolbox is empty after you install the update. They know and they are

I did an uninstall and then a full install with out problems.

Good to know there's a Plan B. Makes sense - they probably have a setup
issue for doing just the update, like they overlooked one file or something.

Two XPs work OK. I'm on Win2K but it fails. Maybe a new theory emerges...

OK, I deinstalled and reinstalled the full kit for 2.1 and everything
appears to be fine now. Prior to reinstal, I did, however clean out all the
"remnants" that the deinstall did not remove: "components" folder, some xml
files. Everything except the "themes" folder and its sub folders. May be
some junk left over from beta testing, who knows. Works now tho'.

did rename my dir in programfiles/codecharge studio so i afterwards can
compare the diff in installed files.

then installed full 2.1.1.20 on a win2k sp3 machine

no problems.

I upgraded from 2.0.6.11 without prior uninstall. All working without
problems.
My OS is Windows 2000, 5.00.2195 (Traditional Chinese) - Service Pack 3.
