how can i create a grid with a link to a file...?
Ex.:

Course - Teacher - Manual

"Manual" should link to a file: "english.pdf" so the student could download
it.....

it can be done?

You should try to make the database column a suitable URL (relative or
absolute). Then all you have to do is use a "link" control on your page to
have it do the download. Of course, if the browser understands PDF format,
it will try to display it, so you'd have to rely on the "save as" (or
whatever your browser calls it) feature so it would go to a file instead.
