I'm looking for documentation on how to add my own controls to the toolbox.
I have a few controls I'd like to add, but I'd rather not try to reverse
engineer the process. Anyone been down this road before?

Hello jm

Any chance of testing your controls?

I've been looking for any details for such development since CCS1 beta
(End-user development of CCS extentions was mentioned as a feature back
then)
but I guess as the product (CCS2) is relatively new there is no released
documentation
available as yet for development of CCS extentions and plugins. Hopefully
the developers will eventually share some information on extending CCS.

http://www.rexdesign.com/ccs/kb.php?language_id=1&categ...=44&event_id=65

Here is a link to a simple proof of concept CCS extention,
I have others in the pipeline and would really like to co-operate
with people researching this subject, I've have dedicated a forum section to
host discussions related to development of CCS extentions and plugins.

Hope to see you there :)

Greetings,
Dave

Hello Dave,

Sorry, I don't have any controls to test yet. I was looking to get some
specifications to chew on before taking the plunge. I'm very interested in
developing some controls, but I doubt I'll devote much effort to it until
documentation exists on how to properly build them. I just don't have
enough time these days. Of course, I'll try to keep an eye on your research
efforts and contribute anything I can.

Good Luck.
