Passing parameters to Stored Procedure depending on radio buttons

Hi all,
I have a page with different radio buttons.
I'd like to pass to a stored precedure the values from the radio buttons.
Depending on the combinations of choices made by the users, the stored
procedure generates a list of values that fill a multiple listbox.
Is there any way to obtain this without refeshing the page ? If yes, can
anyone explain how to do it ?
