I can also recommend "Beginning Active Server Pages" as well, makes good
reading in the garden.

I really liked Wrox books, but they may become scarce. Wrox folded and
another publisher bought them recently. Some things were pared from the
inventory. The name will live on, but it's not clear to me how much of the
substance will.
