Hi Everyone,
Using IIS, VB.NET (XP Pro) and get this error when going from one page to
another. It works fine if I just call the pages directly.
Any ideas?

BTW, I changed the project to ASP 3.0 w/Templates (nothing else) and
everything works fine.

Ok, I'm at a lost. I have folow all MS & CodeCharge info (i.e. ASP.Net
Deplayment Guide) and still can not resolve the problem.
Anyone out there experienced the same?

Can't really offer much help, but the "/TaskManager" part caught my eye. My
guess is that there is a path screwed up in the calling page so it is
looking relative to the "root" of you web server instead of the folder where
you have located the tutorial code. It seems wrong that the "/" is in
there.

Ok, this is very strange. Still having problems but ...
If I clean the deployment directory (Test) and then just do a "F9" =
generate project (all) then use IE to test everything works fine. Only =
until I go back to CCS and then go to "Live Page" (which regenerates =
the page & global - although I did not make any changes) then I get the =
Errors.
Any ideas?

That is really, really strange. Could there be an issue with where the =
Project settings point vs. where the IIS folder is? I know this should =
all point to the same place, but it almost sounds like Live Page goes =
one place and when you open up IE it loads from some other place - one =
has "good" code and the other does not.
Maybe you need to delete the IIS folder contents and let it reploy =
everything. Possibly there is some "junk" in there?

but not a whole application stage. The .NET compiler will not compile an =
entire application when using the "live page" and that can generate =
compilation errors. To avoid it, you should check your application using =
the web browser after the publishing the whole project (F9) instead of =
running the "live page"

problem, as I stay pretty much in the ASP 3.0 environment where each =
page is essentially autonomous - so I can build one page and open it =
without worrying about dependencies.
