Importing from CC to CC Studio Issues

Does anyone have problems importing codecharge files into codecharge studio.
It seems to me, that when I import into ccs it recreates a new set of
filenames, and rewites part of the fields, which causes all sorts of errors
when running it.

I even tried renaming it, but it doesn't help much either. This CCS stable
with the import feature?
