I have send this to support but perhaps you have done you're wait out. Would
be glad to see.

I have a grid with one link to the details with the id of the document.
However the page is long and I would like for the operator to land on the
bookmarked section of the page.
I have tried to change the href name to page.ccp#mybook - didn't work
I have also tried to add another parameter to href link after I have Id_doc
I added#mybook but in various ways it didn't work.
My bookmark is static means from one grid I want to access only one
bookmark.
What do you suggest?

Nothing about that in help file!
I would be glad to see a kind of link parameter in href source like bookmark
and see dynamic bookmarks there in the future.

You will need to construct the bookmarked-link at runtime. CCS translates
the page.ccp to page.xxx (where xxx is language-dependent, could be asp,
php, etc). In the link's BeforeShow, change the "link" property to be
whatever you need such as "page.asp#bmark?itemid=123".
