My website will be used for a person to go to it, enter some search
criteria, view part of the rsults. If they like the results, they will
purchase the entire result set. I am planning on giving them an Add to
Cart option and allow them to do another search. What I am not sure
about, is how to keep track of what searchs they have done and paid for.
And then how to re-run those searchs - which means I must save the SQL
statement when they add a search to the cart.

I am using Access as my back end right now. Is there a way to create a
'shopping cart' table for a user while they are searching and then delete
it once its paid for? This would allow me to create my own shopping cart
and then be able to let them delete items out of it. Then when they pay
for it, I could just loop through their shopping cart, re-create the
result sets using the saved SQL & export the results. Then when the
record count = 0 in that table, delete it (the table). I'm not sure how
to handle the ones that come, search, add to cart & then leave & never
return. Any ideas on this??

Thanks

Chris
