Hi, I have 2 questions:

1. Where the user and group id are stored, i mean those like "admin" and
"user", theres a table for them?

2. how can i store in a table the userid and groupid of a user, based in a
checkbox selection?

Im trying to develop a messaging system, but the user can only see the
messages sent to him, any one knows how to do it?
