Just started with Codecharge and wanted to load some of the examples (eg
"Classifieds").

The example downloads are not in CodeCharge format, and at the bottom of
each page is :-
"Visit our Bulletins for information where you can download this site in
CodeCharge format"

I can't find where to download the samples in CodeCharge format?????

Two useful links.
The second shows 'Applications' as a Tab on top, click it and be happy!

Have fun, Walter

Yes Australia you are mising something.
Way down under ay mate.

Just above where you read bulletin, there is a list of versions like JSP ASP
PHP3 etcetera followed by a red colored link to the sample application
(running demo)
to the right of the red link there is a black colored link which is actually
the rela download link.
If you enter the page the bookstore example is probably the one you are
looking at, viewed from the top of the page on the left jand side there is a
sort of tree like summary of all the sample applications, click the one
saying Classified, which will bring you to the appropiate page then go to
the bottom of that page, find the black link next to YOUR favorite flavour
an away you go.

Have fun.

hope you like this one!
As a an early adept, I also have CC besides CCS and YES Registered!!!
Lookin in my CC environment, I knew I had all the examples downloaded once.
Well I found your classified, zipped it and stuck it with this email.
Now what I suggest is:
Unzip in a good location, open with CCS and convert it from CC to CCS.
Should work, give you some hassle with fatabases and so on but everything is
there and in the other download.
Let me know tomorrow how things went, and we will draw a plan from there.
I am retiring now, cause

"Walter Kempees" :
wait a second or two
yep you're right.
It is everything after generation, so excluding the ccs files.
Silly, never noticed before.
Only thing is it did work under CC, so it might be that they forgot to port
it.
Or even that I overlooked something, will be back sometime tomorrow
afternoon which will be some 18 hours from now.
But I will have a further look if I can find THE solution.
Sorry I misinterpreted the question, but at least I put a smile on your face
;-}

I think we are crossing paths here, and I will explain again.
I have downloaded the samples, but if you try and load the projects into
CodeCharge, nothing happens BECAUSE there are no .ccs files in the
downloads for CodeCharge to process.
In other words, the projects that are downloadable are the 'published'
versions and not the project versions.

Over to you!!

regards

Pete

No worries mate.
It did the trick then ?
There is more where it came from. tell me what you need.
The trick to CCS is to try and try and just when you think it can't be done
you'll realize there is a simple solution.
Bye
