Hello Leonardo ,
Internet Transfer Control (ITC) object is used on an Active Server Pages
(ASP) page to retrieve HTTP URLs

Thanks for your answer.
I'm running one machine for devleopment, and a different one for testing
purposes, the problem is that Windows 2000 Server, the testing machine,
doesn't have this component, you must Visual Studio to have this component.
