CC works wonderful!!

I discovered that doesn't use the correct codification for accent
characters (used in Spanish).

It must replace á by á in HTML generation, also it must use URLencode
and HTMLencode in .asp programming.

I believe that all characters must be translated by HTML characters

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;
