I have a site that I created in CC. The .ccs file does not exist anymore and
there is absolutely now way of ever getting it back. Can I ever use CC to
edit the site again? I have looked and cant seem to find where I can import
*.ASP files or any file other than .ccs files. is this the case?

CodeCharge can't import ASP code, even generated by itself.
Although sometimes CC creates a backup file like Project.ccs.bak , if you
don't have it either, there is nothing you can do, but recreate the
site/project using CC.
