I earlier posted that the PHP3 patterns work well on PHP4.0b2. In fact,
this seems to apply only to the PHP3 pattern, and NOT to the PHP3+Templates
pattern. I am doing further testing on this.

One other issue I noticed is that if one of your remote pages is not
displaying as it should, you may need to regenerate the page in question and
re-upload it. Whether this is due to a wrinkle somewhere in CC, or whether
it is due to a corrupted upload is not clear. All I can say is that
corrupted uploads have never happened to me before, so it may be the former.
