Is there any source code or easy way of including mail on the CC with ASP. I
would like add this to some of my forms.

Yes. You can take a look at example named "Tell-a-friend" provided
with CodeCharge. Actual code for emailing is used in "Events" tab
of "Form properties dialog". We used standard CDONTS component
for sending email. Of course , there are many others.
