Using php 4 and MySQL
emp_level is set to INT type
After logging in the login form does not go to the page (employeesGrid.php)
that I put in the Form Action section.
I have the security section filled in.
It just seems to go back to the blank login box. with this string added to
URL
Login.php?querystring=&ret_page=%2Fvxf%2FemployeesGrid.php
If I set the security on employeesGrid.php to "No Authentication" it come up
after logging in.

Could you please try generating one of CodeCharge Examples, for example Bug
Tracking system.
Then go to the http://(webserver)/bugtrack/Login.php and see if this would
take you to the Default page (which is set as the form action for the Login
form).

It was a PHP setting on the server
