No images in preview screen (demo version)

For some reason, I can't see the preview images anymore. All I can see
is the usual IE5 red "x". I did reinstall CodeCharge because the
"Repair" function kept asking for disks. This problem went away after
the second install. All folders and paths are correct, all the demo
files are in the right place and work. Any suggestions?
