Hello,

I'm just curious, whether the templates of
PHP 4 + Templates
PHP 3 + Templates
PERL 5 + Templates
JSP 1.1 + Templates
ASP 2.0 + Templates
are 100% compatible, that means: I can create the templates, edit them
in a WYSWIG-Editor and can change the created code (php -> asp etc.)
without recreating the templates?

Carsten

Yes, the templates are compatible with all languages.

Hi codecharge,
Are there any plans to make a "Coldfusion + Templates"
Set (Please ...)

Have you got any plans to open up the template language so we can make our
own templates our modify the existing ones ?

Thanks,
Val

Not at this time.
We're driven by demand and if there are more requests for such
functionality, we will consider implementing it.
Keep in mind that making any changes in CodeCharge requires changes in each
pattern. This is very resource intensive.

Yes, in certain ways:
a) Version 2.0 of CodeCharge (in works) will be more developer friendly
(designer friendly too) and will have limited capability of generating
custom code
b) We have plans to open language patterns completely, in about a year.
Currently, CodeCharge is going through changes on weekly basis, and patterns
can easily get out of sync.
