 How about having a User Tips area?

HI,


I think it would be handy to have an area where users could post tips on how
they managed to do some task. Newsgroups are fine to a point, but it's hard
to find everything.

For example the question I posted earlier about different headers and
footers had two different solutions. I'm sure someone will have the same
question long after the message is hard to find on the discussion board.

Hi Jer,

I've been cutting & pasting the Q&A from this newsgroup, the CC Discussion
board and Support pages to create my own 'help' snippets section. Even if I
don't need the answer now I collect them just in case:)
