How do I reference a variable passed to a form using 'Form Properties |
Input' from an SQL statement?

You can get this variable using GetParam("variable_name") in ASP
or get_param("variable_name") in PHP.
Or even look into generated script and find what variable is assigned value
of GetParam("variable_name").
