I am trying to implement a login system so that when particular users can
only view/modify records added by them.
Is this in any current demos?
What are the steps to do?
Can CC create such a demo (like the RegForm demo) so that we can study it?

This can be done via input parameters in CC forms. The filter
output according to set up createrias.
Open "Form properties"/Input tab , click "Add variable" parameter ,
set it's type to "Session" , set variable name to "UserID" ,
set field to field that contains userID of user that added a given record.
UserID is a standard CC session variable unique for every user.

I believe that there is a mistake in the RegForm example.
If you remove the 1st Input parameter (user_id | user_id), it should work as
you described.
