Can somebody explain on the TREE & Master/Details by Page Wizard?
I have no idea what this can be used for.

Tree form is used to navigate through hierachical structures ,
like Yahoo directotries , and generally we use tree + grid , this
grid shows items related to a current tree leave. It has id
and grid shows items related to this id.
Master/Details Wizard streamlines creation of standard master-detail forms.
