I have a set of asp files in a subdirectory working fine there.

A main level when I include a file from that subdirectory I receive an
error message saying that common.asp cannot find the database.(subdirectory
is missing in the database path)

any idea ?

TIA

Jean-Luc,
CC can establish one connection to db using the path to db specified on
Site/Database tab. It can't be changed dinamicaly. You can be advised to
store all files in one folder or establish connection byyourself in one of
the events.

Is one of your tables or fields named as a reserved word like "date" or
"password" ?
