I found the proper place in the generated pages to make my DateFormat, but
I'm still wondering if it's possilbe from CC directly.

This will be simple for you all. I used the Master/Detail four page wizard.
And I got what I expected at
http://ann.bourbon.hoosierlink.net/wobinfo/WobInfoGrid.cfm.

I would like to add Mailto: to the Email column and I would like to format
the dates in the birthday column.

Hints? I've looked at various examples for serveral hours now.

Ann Harrell

#DateFormat(birthday, "mmmm dd, yyyy dddd")#

The code I sent in one of my past posts is code I use IN CC, not by
modifying the generated code...

I know, and thanks, but I'm not familiar with that language. I am familiar
with Coldfusuion having worked for them until "Black Tuesday" two months
ago.

I'm not certain what Black Tuesday is or was, but the code while in PHP
would be the same regardless of the language involved. In simplest terms
you need to take the vaule from the database a part, stick it into either
several variables or an array of variables, and then play with it from
there... Once you have variables you can reformat it any way you want. It
really is a fairly simple matter when you think of it, nothing more than
parse and format...
