I am trying this product out but I am having trouble getting anything to
work?

I have a Server running Apache, PHP4, MySQL - Existing databases which the
CodeCharge sees but can not get anything to run.

I am just trying to get one browse or list from a database which list
Sites - Name, Contact, Address, etc. - Very simple.

I use the Page Wizard - every thing seems to look great but I get errors

1. It wants an Image folder - I can not find anywhere in the program
settings that talks about the image folder.
2. When I generate the app it sometimes creates all the files and
sometimes it does not - What am I doing wrong - Should it not Generate all
the files that are check off, each time I press the Generate button?
3. Does the program FTP the files to the server or do I have to do this
manually?

I think if I could get passed these questions maybe I could get the app
working?

Thanks for your Help!!

Well let me take this step by step as you have below... First let me say
that it sounds like everything you are looking for is under Properties in
the system. The fact that you have existing databases that the system sees
indicates you have looked in the properties a bit, now you just need to go a
touch further...

1.) The images settings are found under the Files tab, if you go there
you'll find a checkbox, listbox and two text boxes... The Copy/publish
Files to the server controls the flow of images with the project... On, it
attempts to upload your image files, off it does not. If you attempt to
publish files that are not there, you'll get an error...

The Listbox covers the location of the files locally. Relative means that
there is an images folder containing your image files right off of the main
project directory... Absolute means you give it a Fully Qualified Path
(FQP) that points to a folder the holds all the image files for this
project...

The first text box is the local file location (either Relative or Absolute)
of your image files,

The second is the FQP where you'll be storing your image files on the
server...

2.) I can't help you here, since I have never had this problem...

3.) It only uploads the files if you tell it to from the Publishing page of
Properties... Take a look at the help file for the details... Me, I'm
forever making sutble incremental changes to my stuff, and I either generate
and re-publish the whole thing, or I change individual pages and publish
just that page, either way the system does a great job of loading everything
(even images) back up to the server to keep things running smoothly...
