I want to email with cdonts an IncidentID when an Incident is created. What
is the command to get the last ID or how should I do it. I know you all have
responded to this before, but I had not gotten that far in my application
yet to use the code.. Any and all help would be useful.

The way you get last id is different for every kind of database.
Let me know your db platform.
