Hi,
I can add caption or notes in front of a form field by type the words in the
CC Form_Field_Caption position,but how is there any field in CC I can type
words to show notes behind a form field?

Add a dummy field behind your field that need notes and fill it with what
you need.

Yes,thank you,but can it be on the same line?the similar question: how can
two field be on the same line?like this:
birthday: day____ month_____Year_____
job :___________ (notes)
