Hello guys,
I havnt read thru the forum yet, im totally new here :)
....Well i have been searching the web for some kind of "Web Module" to let
my clients update their own pages on their site. My clients should be able
to do following in the "Web Module" ;
* Update their own pages
- Index page
- Web shopping (only update the prices if neccesery)
- Any kind of pages
* Add new links - push the old link to an archive page
- The user should be able to add "Hot-links" in the index page, and if the
index page have more then for example 10 "hot-links" the oldest link will be
moved from the index page and into a archive page, where the users can have
a look at old news.
- Add link to new pages on any existing pages.
* Write new text
- Write new text to existing pages without the need for enter any HTML-tags
but, it can accept any HTML-tags if needed.
*Add pages
- This will let my clients add new pages with a pre-defined page as a
template
- Or the user can make a "blank" page
I know this sounds VERY complicated, but this is what i need now, i dont
have any money to buy this kind of system since im a poor student. So any
kind of system that can do this or close to this would be very good.
I also wonder is it any good HTML/CGI/PERL or PHP-books that tells you how
to make this kind of web admin????
And also a good newbie book in PHP, i would really like to learn everything
about PHP and MYSQL, and especially learn how to make client-based web
modules, is it any books out there that can help me to do this???
