I am continually getting these errors popping up on the screen as I publish
changes through CodeCharge. I am the only person working on this site, and
these messages will come up constantly. I am not editing any of these files
outside of Codecharge -- nor am I viewing them.
This just started happening -- has not been like this from the beginning.
Any ideas why?

Well, I checked for another copy of CC... it would only be on my
machine... but today, it's functioning normal.

This was happening to myself when someone else is simply viewing/browsing
the site (not using CodeCharge).
It seems that the web server didn't allow to overwrite files that were
run/viewed at the same time.
